El Pepino

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ¼ inch wheels cucumber
  • 2 ¼ inch wheels fresh jalapeno
  • 45ml Agave Blanco
  • 22.5ml Agave syrup
  • 30ml Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • Chili-salt rim and cucumber slice for garnish

METHOD

Add cucumber, jalapeno, and Agave Blanco to a shaker. Muddle for 10 seconds until fully pulverised. Add agave syrup and lime juice, then fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled. Strain the cocktail in a Tajin-rimmed rocks glass with ice cubes. Garnish with cucumber slices and enjoy.
