Pear of Aces

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Agave Blanco
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 30ml St. George spiced pear liqueur
  • 45ml Cachaca

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pear and enjoy.
